Manager Operational Excellence (m/w/d)

Your Tasks:

  • In close cooperation with the management of our customers, you carry out challenging and exciting projects in China to increase efficiency and optimize processes and control the entire change processes.
  • You will develop individual, complete concepts with concrete results for manufacturing companies based on the lean management system, developed by our company
  • To these concepts you develop improvement action’s implement them directly at customers plant
  • You will be a key person in the conception of whole training concepts for process optimization initiatives of our customers.
  • You lead workshops and trainings passionately and win over the participants for goals, ideas and necessary changes.

Your qualifications:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or mechanical engineering with a focus on production technology or a comparable major, or at least 10 years of experience in industrial and / or consulting experience, which you have gained in an international context and ideally in different industries.
  • You have strategic, conceptual and analytical skills, but still have a “hands on” mentality and are very experienced in the shop floor
  • You think in a solution-oriented way and are distinctly customer-orientated
  • Your strengths include intercultural communication skills and a competent handling of all management levels.
  • You bring interest in other countries and cultures, as well as business fluent written and spoken English. Chinese language skills are an advantage
